The proceedings of the conference will be published in the Annals of the Academy of Romanian Scientists, Series on Physics and Chemistry, an Open Access journal.

Deadline for submitting the papers: 15.12.2017.

The papers should be prepared in the following format and submitted to the secretary of the conference. The limit is 10 pages for invited talks and 5 pages for contributions.
